question for seth godin

the idea of being as seth refers himself a "professional observer or noticer" is very interesting to me, (example being of him seeing niches in the software market and ultimately ended in him calling software company ceos and giving them the idea, is it possible making money just selling you ideas like that without having to make it yourself (prob unrealistic, since the biggest factor is the risk it takes). Don't let this distract me to the fact that seth has started multiple successful companies since he was young and thats why he probably doesn't feel the urge to do these ideas himself  )

main ideas of the interview and podcasts:

• create an amazing product for niche market

• scarcity creates value

• seth and thefutur both focus on acquiring a much bigger skillset to become and "interesting problem solver", each time they take a job facing uncertainty

• make something everyday, eventually doing garbage everyday has more chance for a masterpiece than wating for the right one

• i need to acquire better leading skills

• train mind to interpret fear as a reminder im on the right path, hardwire nervourness as exicement and make a habit on focusing on the positive of everything, empathize with people and observe what they need.
